Exchanges: A Rough Guide

This document offers a comprehensive guide to organising exchanges between homeless groups in order share information and good practice with regard to homelessness policies. The Rough Guide includes tips, information and testimony from exchange hosts and participants.

The Exchanges programme was a chance for a wide variety of individuals to meet and witness experiences from different groups around the country. This key document captured the ideas and actions generated from the programme and gave groups new ideas to include in their working practices.

Exchanges brought together all elements of the Groundswell community – squatters, travellers, hostel dwellers, rough sleepers and rabble rousers from various homeless projects from around the country, further strengthening the sense of solidarity that developed during this Era.
