Seizure training
The HHCP’s brilliant trainee GP ran a training session for staff on seizures. The training was recorded and covers the following:

- Learn about different types and causes of seizures
- Increase your confidence in managing alcohol related and drug related seizures
- Gain an understanding about what to do before, during and after a seizure
- Learn how to recognise when a seizure is an emergency
- Discuss how to prevent seizures including medication and detox
