Adrian Godfrey
Health Inreach Navigator
Adrian experience key-working and supporting people vulnerable people with forensic and complex mental health needs in supported living. He joined Groundswell in 2016, volunteering as a Peer Advocate and joined the staff team in 2019 as a Care Navigator in Camden, engaging with people experiencing homelessness and supporting them to access health care.
In the summer of 2022 Adrian moved to work in partnership with the Find & Treat team, a specialist outreach team that work alongside over 200 NHS and third sector front-line services. He is now an Health Inreach Navigator.
