Dora Dixon

Participation Manager

Dora first joined Groundswell in 2023 to work on the Listen Up! project and became Participation Manager in October 2024. She is responsible for a number of projects and partnerships that involve and amplify the voices of people with personal experience of homelessness. She works alongside colleagues to continually improve participatory practices – both at Groundswell and elsewhere – and is passionate about bringing everyone in for a better more inclusive future. Dora previously worked across projects, engagement and communications roles at Crisis and the National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance at Clinks. She has been a long-time admirer of what Groundswell does and how it does it!
