Jane Cook

Homeless Health & Social Care Lead

Jane is the Homeless Health & Social Care Lead at Groundswell as part of the HHPA team; she is a registered nurse with 38 years of working in inclusion health both developing and delivering services. Jane has worked with a wide range of voluntary and sector agencies; in hostels, day centres, bed-and-breakfast accommodation, prisons, hospitals and on the streets. Jane is passionate about social justice, she is Chair of the London Network for Nurses and Midwives and is a trustee with the Museum of Homelessness.
