Jenny McNeill

Research Manager

Jenny started at Groundswell in November 2021 as the Project Manager for the ListenUp! Project before starting her post as a part time Research Manager from May 2024.

Prior to this she has worked as a researcher on various research projects, several of which have focused on aspects of welfare and homelessness.

Her PhD thesis explored the role of ‘work’ in resettlement pathways for people with lived experience of homelessness. She is passionate about peer led research and the power of storytelling.

Although she is based in Sheffield she’s always happy to connect via a Teams or Zoom call!
