Kate Bowgett

Services Director

Kate is Groundswell’s Services Director and manages Homeless Health Peer Advocacy (HHPA) and other services across London. Her background is in volunteer management, and she has worked for the Terence Higgins Trust, Volunteering England and as a Volunteer Management Advisor for small charities and museums. She is particularly interested in how organisations can meaningfully involve people from groups who are often under-represented, so that everyone has a chance to play an active role in the community and has the ability to create solutions to the problems they see around them.
