Mark Leonard
Homeless Health Caseworker
Mark joined Groundswell in 2017 as a volunteer Homeless Health Peer Advocate. He joined the team as a member of staff in August 2019 working as a Case Worker. A day for Mark is never the same, he works closely with the Find & Treat team as well as working with people and services in Lambeth to build collaborative relationships and develop support plans to assist people to access the healthcare they need.
