Sharon Clint

Learning & Development Manager

Sharon is the Learning & Development Manager for Groundswell, having previously spent five years as one of our HHPA Project Managers . She has well over 15 years experience working in the homelessness sector in a range of different roles from housing to drug & alcohol support. Sharon is passionate about inspiring and seeing people grow their potential, she thoroughly enjoys training and supporting people to learn more about their own capabilities. She says: “I am at my happiest when a learner is surprised by their own abilities and depth of knowledge.”
